Shipping Timeframes

Order processing takes 3-4 business days. Shipping within the USA usually takes 2-4 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures and location.

Shipping Fees

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.55 for orders shipped within the USA. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight of your order. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order. Please note that for international orders, the tracking information may not be available once the package has left the USA.


Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return address and instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.


Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 5-9 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that shipping fees and customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.

International Orders

For international orders, any customs duties or taxes applicable to the shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays in the delivery of your order. We cannot be held responsible for any such delays or additional charges incurred due to customs procedures. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on import duties and taxes.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Address Changes

If you need to make changes to the shipping address for your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that we cannot guarantee an address change if the order has already been shipped.

Multiple Shipments

In certain situations, we may need to split your order into multiple shipments if some items are out of stock or need to be shipped from different locations. Rest assured, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees for these multiple shipments.
